The Opportunity: As part of the IT Transformation team, you'll be the torchbearer of change, guiding SPE through a labyrinth of exciting transformation projects. Your mission is to ignite awareness and foster adoption of groundbreaking initiatives that will redefine the entertainment landscape.

Your Role:

• Masterfully apply change management methodologies, such as Prosci, to orchestrate seamless transitions across SPE's diverse initiatives.
• Foster global collaboration, uniting project teams, stakeholders, and executives in the pursuit of cohesive OCM strategies.
• Navigate the complexities of both enterprise-wide and IT-specific initiatives, ensuring technology adoption is seamless and impactful.
• Innovate and refine change management tools, keeping SPE at the cutting edge of IT organizational practices.
• Lead the charge in risk management and dependency clarification, ensuring every project's success.
• Rapidly assimilate into various initiatives, becoming the subject matter expert who can pivot with precision.
• Elevate the OCM acumen within the IT organization, creating a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned OCM strategist with over six years of demonstrable success stories.
• A holder of a Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master's in relevant disciplines.
• A problem-solver with a fervent passion for streamlining processes and enhancing effectiveness.
• An autonomous go-getter who thrives when crafting solutions with minimal oversight.
• A communication maestro, adept at crafting narratives and influencing decisions at every organizational level.
• A PowerPoint wizard, turning data into compelling stories.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000-$140,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
