Number of titles per year: 50-60

Print Manager for all 3 studios + Amazon titles

Responsible for the management of dubbing and subtitling for all releases, ensuring the release of local versions are delivered in a timely manner:

• Coordination of subtitling with translators and local subtitling studio : planning, follow-up and proofreading subtitles;
• Coordination of local dubbing :
  • Creative call with dubbing supervisor and local dubbing studio;
  • Organization of brainstorming with local marketing team and local dubbing studio;
  • Follow-up on voice casting, recording, mix and mastering together with local studio, dubbing supervisor and print departments of all 3 studios;
  • Check-print final recording;
  • Narrative Title List & Credits.
• All print related tasks including Gofilex management, supervising print delivery  to exhibition, communication to exhibitors, delivery or other print related issues management (including evenings and weekends). Follow-up digital content distribution to exhibitors and external partner Gofilex.
• Ordering, localization and follow-up delivery of all features and in-theatre trailers through specific systems according to related studio; Trailer distribution to exhibitors, communication about trailer placements, follow up on trailer deals.
• Management and booking of internal screenings and print handling press / junket / media screenings
• Creation of PO’s and PO management related to dubbing / subtitling & print related costs and review invoices for accuracy prior to approval – Pos relating to internal screenings and warehouse costs
• Update studio platforms according to guidelins and requirements and estimate print and trailer related cost for budget purposes
• Censorship : self-regulating system : after screening the movies, entering the censorship questions together with the Sales Manager + updating Interplan 
• Upon request, sales support back up for sales related activities

Marketing support

• Ordering, follow-up and localization of on-line trailers/trade marketing pieces/featurettes in coordination with Marketing Managers (subtitling & dubbing).
• Keep track of Universal trailer costs (budgets Marketing Mgrs)
