This role will be a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract starting in July 2026 and will be paid the London living wage. This role is based full-time in our London office.

The Formats department oversees the licensing and production of remakes of scripted and unscripted IP worldwide. In this role, you will support the team in developing B2B marketing materials, from pitch presentations to assisting with artwork, across a wide range of daily projects. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment offering broad exposure to both domestic and international TV distribution and production.
What You’ll Do
Asset Management
Source and gather marketing materials - on-air and off-air - including promos, artwork, social assets and more across scripted and unscripted formats.
Marketing Material Development
Support the formats marketing team in creating pitch presentations, one-sheets and various creative materials.
Assist in building presentations for key internal and external meetings.
Creative & Strategic Support
Collaborate with your line manager on ad-hoc projects such as brainstorms and team workshops.
Brief and liaise with design agencies on marketing initiatives, including PR, social media and creative campaigns.
Event & Market Assistance
Provide support at screenings and trade markets, including managing invitation lists, researching and sourcing merchandise, distributing materials, and offering general team support.
Platform & Data Management
Maintain digital sales-facing platforms, including trade media sites, the B2B formats website, the client screening site, Sony Pictures Connect, and additional internal systems.
Track awards data and key information for all priority formats.
Research & Insights
Support the creation and maintenance of large-scale marketing bibles summarising launch strategies, ratings, social media activity and advertising examples from internal and broadcaster-led campaigns.
Monitor social media activity and work with local PR and marketing teams to gather insights and assets.
Programme Servicing
Support the servicing of finished programme deals by collaborating with Sony-owned production companies, international producers, and broadcasters to collect marketing assets, check clearances, upload files to internal platforms, liaise with the digital asset management team, and publish materials to our sales platform.
What You’ll Gain

What You Have
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop) and an interest in design (desirable).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Creative thinking paired with excellent writing skills and outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication abilities.
A strong interest in Film and TV, with a particular enthusiasm for unscripted content.
