- Dar soporte al equipo comercial realizando tareas de back -office:
- Creando solicitudes y planificación de campañas.
- Colaborando estrechamente con otros equipos para alcanzar la correcta ejecución de las campañas.
- Dando seguimiento a las campañas activadas para garantizar que se alcanzan los objetivos comprometidos.
- Identificando anunciantes potenciales para activarlos en acciones especiales.
- Elaborando presentaciones, propuestas comerciales e informes bajo las directrices de los responsables comerciales.
- Ayudando a cerrar agenda de visitas.
Requisitos
- Oferta dirigida a alumnos de Marketing, Publicidad y Finanzas
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de comunicación para apoyar las tareas administrativas diarias.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Usuario avanzado de Power Point, Excel y Word
- Horario y remuneración
El horario será de lunes a viernes de 09.30 a 13.30 en modalidad de trabajo presencial con la posibilidad de teletrabajo los viernes.
La ayuda al estudio será de 300€ mensuales
Fecha de inicio: Diciembre de 2025 (día sin especificar)
Duración: entre 3 y 6 meses (Según las posibilidades que nos ofrezca el centro de estudios).
What you'll do:
- Support the sales team by performing back-office tasks:
- Creating requests and planning campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with other teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Monitoring activated campaigns to ensure committed objectives are met.
- Identifying potential advertisers to engage in special promotions.
- Preparing presentations, sales proposals, and reports according to the guidelines of the sales team.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments.
Role requirements:
- Current students of Marketing, Advertising, and Finance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to support daily administrative tasks.
- Ability to be a “team player”, to partner closely with other teams and monitor flawless execution of the campaigns.
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Working hours and remuneration
Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, with on-site work and the possibility of working virtually on Fridays.
The study grant will be €300 per month.
Start date: December 2025 (day not specified)
Duration: between 3 and 6 months (depending on the possibilities offered by the study centre).
